About 7iD - RFID that works

Specialising in passive UHF RFID systems, 7iD Technologies was created in 2005 by Gerhard Gangl and Wolfgang Essl. Since that time the company has established itself as an RFID market leader in system integration and provision.

Wide-ranging installations in the automotive, rail and logistics sectors are testimony to the high quality of 7iD solutions currently being successfully applied by big name companies including ASFINAG, the Ford Motor Company, DHL and Thales.

Right from the outset, 7iD Technologies has been an active member of GS1 EPCglobal and contributes to the development of international RFID standards. This helps to facilitate an efficiently structured supply chain and superior quality data and information exchange between individual users.

Every 7iD Technologies product is implemented in accordance with EPCglobal standards, providing the customer with not only a secure investment but also a choice of vendors.

 

7ID is currently part of a number of EPCglobal working groups, meaning it always has its finger on the pulse when it comes to the future development of RFID technology.
