The Asset Tracking concept can be applied for indoor and outdoor purposes – also by providing real-time information via Bluetooth or GPS.

In-depth settings can be adjusted – such as adding new attribute types (barcode, description, serial number, etc.) as well as setting single attributes as editable or mandatory, and determine the minimum and maximum character length.
When establishing a track and trace solution, reading points have to be installed in the area to be monitored. Said points will determine the respective asset location and forward the information via DIP™ to the back-end system. New reading point hardware (e.g. RFID gateway) does not require manual setup and integration. The DIP™ will automatically take care, that new gateways will receive the same settings as already installed ones. All you have to do is create a new readpoint… as simple as that!
