ProAct enables you to track portable devices and equipment, locate staff quickly and efficiently, and improve critical workflows.
In a clinical context, this allows immediate locating of emergency situations. When every second counts, individuals get immediate assistance and do not need to explain the location where help is required. Their location is automatically detected and communicated without any delay - with zone or room accuracy - as needed and desired.

How it works

7iD ProAct is a real-time locating platform, enabling the current or permanent pinpointing of persons and objects within a building or campus.

7iD ProAct has been specifically designed for the use in healthcare, and thus puts emphasis on easy handling for the medical staff. The software can be interfaced and integrated with other clinical and administrative systems by providing standard interfaces, e.g. HL7.

7iD ProAct is capable of handling location data generated by multiple technologies, including Bluetooth BLE, RFID, ultrasound, and IP-DECT – also in parallel if required.

ProAct does not replace any custody obligations of the end user and does not replace any of the existing safety standards and regulations, but serves as an additional supporting information and safety system.

ProAct processes localization data rule-based and event-driven and, depending on the application, issues alarms and messages to fixed and mobile receivers. „Events“ are either position changes, e.g. unauthorized entering or leaving of certain zones, the meeting of different objects in a certain zone or a proactive push of an emergency button.
